Local IT Support

PC Builds, Upgrades, and Network Help

Need a computer built, an upgrade figured out, or help with a connection that keeps dropping? I help individuals and small businesses in Red Lake, Bemidji, and nearby communities.

What I Can Help With

Start With What You Need

You don't need to know which part is causing the problem. Tell me what you're trying to do and what's getting in the way.

PC Builds & Upgrades

I can help choose components around your budget and how you use your computer, assemble a build, or work out whether upgrading your current PC makes sense. We'll discuss compatibility and parts costs before buying anything.

Computer Setup & Troubleshooting

Getting a computer set up, looking into slow performance, or figuring out why a device isn't behaving as expected. I'll explain what I find and talk through the next step with you.

Network Connection Problems

Help investigating Wi-Fi trouble, dropped connections, and devices that won't connect. Some issues need your internet provider's help; I'll explain when that appears to be the case.

Who You're Working With

I Work in IT and Build Software.

I'm a network engineer for my tribe, and I also freelance in software development. I bring that background to the computer and network problems I take on locally. You'll talk directly with me about the work.

Getting Help

Let's Work Out the Next Step

I'm currently taking local requests around Red Lake and Bemidji. Availability and whether I can help at your location are confirmed before we schedule anything.

1. Tell Me What's Happening

Send a short description of the device or connection, what isn't working, and your town or area. If it's a new build, tell me what you'll use it for and any budget you have in mind.

2. Confirm the Work and Cost

I'll let you know whether the request fits what I do. Some problems need an assessment first. We'll agree on any assessment fee, travel costs, and the initial work before starting.

3. Decide What Happens Next

I'll explain what I find and check with you before additional work or parts purchases. If the problem needs a different specialist or your internet provider, I'll say so.

IT help is quoted per request. It doesn't automatically come with the monthly retainer used for my website builds. This is scheduled local help, not a 24/7 or emergency service.

Let's Talk

What Do You Need a Hand With?

A few sentences are enough. I'll follow up to confirm whether I can help and discuss availability and cost. Sending a message doesn't book an appointment.

Please don't send passwords, access codes, private files, or a full street address. We can discuss any necessary access after agreeing on the work.
